East Tennessee Americans recognize and cherish the
concept of liberty in human life. Liberty is freedom to live without
forceful intervention by others. Personal sovereignty over life and
property was the guiding principle of the men who first forged American
society. We value basic human prosperity and
reject government that allows violations of liberty.
Tyrants rule America. The slow, insidious infiltration
of communism has destroyed the traditional American way of life.
Only
restoration of liberty will return prosperity. We must awaken others; it
demands our time and diligence. We must work together as a community in a
fight to restore America, a fight to overcome evil, ignorance, and apathy.
The Ron Paul 2008 campaign was the catalyst for
many East Tennessee Americans. Some were awakening to
the corrupt nature of American government. Others were already awake, but
enthused by Paul's effort to awaken voters.
Now, many other people are
awakening to a new reality; they see the historical pattern of
ever-increasing prices, taxes, oppressive domestic policy, and empirical
foreign policy. The US Government is used by the international bankers and
globalists to further their communist plans..
